Lyubenko A. Transformation of entity control in public sector to international standards.

The object of research is the process of monitoring the activities of the public sector by transformation to international standards. The purpose of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological and organizational principles of control of the public sector by transformation process control integration to international standards. The research conducted with the use of the dialectical method of knowledge of social and economic phenomena and processes. Under this method uses specific methods: systematic and synergetic approach - the disclosure content control. In determining the standards and methods of control used specific techniques, including: graphic, design, modeling - at creation schemes, standards and structure sequence of stages control. Statistical methods and techniques, including selective research group, synthesis used in the research of forms and controls, the interaction of internal and external control through standardization. The scope of application of research results is the public sector, namely public enterprises, public institutions and organizations, other administrators of public financial and material resources.
