The work is dedicated to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic rehabilitation system of oral hygiene for patients who use removable laminar dentures. In the study participated 582 patients. The new indexes and computer program were proposed for the oral hygiene diagnosing, occupational hygiene methods, differential selection of toothpastes, probiotics and essential oils; hygiene rate regimes and defined clinical and laboratory factors affecting the state of oral hygiene were calculated.
