The thesis summarizes theoretical and methodological fundamentals of land resources management. The systemic place of land resources management in the agrarian industry is determined. The "global deformation" concept is suggested in the context of land resources management, its reasons and consequences for national land relations are highlighted. Interests of the land resources management parties in the agrarian sector of economy are specified and on their basis land resources management in Ukraine has been analized.
