Object - process of state regulation of human development in Ukraine. Purpose - solving important scientific problem of methodology development of state regulation of human development in Ukraine for its accelaration based on the latest methods and models that ensure proper quality of life. Methods: scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, correlation and regression analysis, cognitive and indicative modeling. The dissertation proposes the solution of important scientific applied problem of the development of the methodology of complex usage of synergetic effect of common efforts of all the subjects of human development with the aim of its acceleration in Ukraine and application of the advantages of social and economic solidarity which allows to unite the activity of international organisations, state authority, scientific and expert associations, civil society, socially responsible business and individuals on the basis of general national priorities. The dissertation proposes solution to an important scientific applied problem of the methodology development of state regulation of human development with an aim of its acceleration in Ukraine on the basis of new models and instruments, contributing to the efficiency increase of social and economic policies in ensuring adequate quality of life. The theoretical and methodological framework of a new direction in economic science in the field of human development was substantiated defining the general principles, methods, priorities, direction and tools used in the design of the state regulation mechanism of human development..
