This dissertation contains the newly developed theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological positions and practical tools of marketing strategy formation of the enterprises internationalization. Theoretical concepts of the basics of marketing strategies formation of the enterprises internationalization as well as the internationalization of the domestic machine-building enterprises are analyzed and rationalized and the prerequisites of Ukrainian enterpizes internationalization are discussed in this manuscript. We developed theoretical and methodological basics of decision-making regarding enterprise internationalization together with the new concept and the new model of marketing strategy formation of the enterprises internationalization. We refined system of forms, methods and instruments of enterprises internationalization assistance, that became the basis of the system of Ukrainian enterprises internationalization assistance as well as of the model of the influence evaluating of the assistance programs for Ukrainian enterprises internationalization on their marketing internationalization strategies formation. We also developed the theoretical and methodological basics of enterprises internationalization research and its marketing-based results, that allowed us to build marketing internationalization strategies action maps for machine-building enterprises in Ukraine.
