Essay

Object of the research - to form processes of structure and properties of coverings applied on the loaded details of the construction equipment. Purpose of thesis is the development of scientific and technological bases of superficial hardening of the loaded details of the construction equipment on the management basis of the parameters of structure and functional properties of coverings for ensuring their reliability and durability. Methods of research. A methodological basis of the thesis is unification of theoretical laws and experimental results. The theoretical researches are based on basic provisions of the theory of materials science about structural and phase composition of materials, have been transformed at heating, tribology and mathematical modeling. The assessment of properties of materials was made by using mechanical tests, tribotechnical tests, metallographic analysis, X-ray diffraction, X-ray microanalysis, methods of electronic microscopy, the mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results. The methodological approaches for research which allow to define expediency to use the offered materials and coverings, ways of their drawing on the basis of experimental and theoretical studies have been formed. The choice of the most effective methods of durability increase and maintenance of details has been defined, the optimum modes providing high wear resistance, crack resistance, the necessary level of mechanical properties are justified. Scientific novelty of the received results. For the first time there were set consistent patterns of structure formation and properties of the protective wearproof coverings applied on the loaded details of the construction equipment at high-energy impact consisting in emergence of mechanical coupling of the put particles with the surface of previously processed basis. The theory of ion-plasma coverings consisting in theoretical development and creation of the source of metal plasma representing coaxial system of electrodes which allows to receive a multicomponent four-layer covering in one production cycle has gained further development. The theory of gas-thermal drawing coverings and laser hardening, on the basis of determination of the new parameters of interaction, between properties strengthened and the restored details, and also structure and properties of the put coverings has gained development. Implementation. The main results of work, were introduced at GP "Malyshev Plant", PJSC Harkov engineering plant "Svyet Shahtera", JSC SKTB "Gidromodul", the locomotive depot "Osnova SR", PAC "Turboatom", JSC "HTP", PAC "HOLODMASH", GP "Kharkiv Mechanical Plant", PAC "HZTO".
