The thesis contains developed theoretic and methodical basis of higher school teachers' training in conditions of master program in higher school. Were analyzed the main concepts of the research, modern state of the problem of higher school teachers' training in conditions of domestic and foreign pedagogic theory and practical activity of higher educational establishments. The peculiarities of activity of the institute of Masters in the system of higher education of Ukraine and its role in training of higher school teachers were studied. It was substantiated the structure of professional-pedagogical competence of higher school teachers. It was substantiated the concept of higher school teachers' training in conditions of master programs and technology of its realization. It was developed the acmesynergetic model of higher school teachers' training in conditions of master program. It was substantiated and experimentally proved organization-methodic approaches of higher school teachers training in conditions master program training. It was defined the criteria of higher school teachers' professional-pedagogical competence formation
