Essay

New data about clinical and psychopathological and pathopsychological development patterns of psychosocial maladjustment, predictors of its formation in women with neurotic disorders were obtained on the basis of comprehensive analysis. Risks of formation of definite variants of psychosocial maladjustment depending on the forms of neurotic disorders were determined. It was proved that the trigger factor in pathopsychological mechanisms of psychosocial maladjustment in women with neurotic disorders is frustration of vital motivations resulting from disease and causes reaction in the form of psychosocial maladjustment with a focus on a particular area of vital activity. Study of patterns of formation of psychosocial maladjustment in women with neurotic disorders gave possibility to formulate and scientifically substantiate principles of differentiated rehabilitation and psychoprophylaxis based on consistency, differentiation and staging. Combination of pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions with simultaneous action on psychopathological and pathopsychological targets resulted in a high efficiency of the developed system that makes it possible to recommend it to wide introduction.
