Huberska N. Administrative Procedures in Higher Education.

The thesis analyzes peculiarities of administrative procedures in higher education. Specific features of higher education as an object of administrative legal regulations have been identified. The current state and future public policy in higher education in Ukraine have been defined. The content and significance of administrative procedures in higher education have been clarified; the basic principles of their performance have been identified. The issues related to classification of administrative procedures have been studied; certain types of procedures in higher education in Ukraine have been defined. The current state of legal support of administrative procedures in higher education in Ukraine has been analyzed. Propositions on improvement of legal regulation of administrative and procedural relations in higher education in Ukraine have been developed. A set of theoretical provisions, practical conclusions and recommendations to improve administrative procedures in higher education in Ukraine under the modern conditions have been provided.
