Romanenko O. Chronic catarrhal gingivitis at the children with gastritis and duodenitis (pathogeny, diagnostics and treatment).

Dissertation is focused on the experimental and clinical key aspects, carried out pathogeny, methods of early diagnostics development and treatment in a case of chronic catarrhal gingivitis at the children, which were suffer from chronic gastritis and duodenitis. Dissertation described results of research an oral cavity protective mechanisms as well as: morphology (cytologies) and functional properties of gums, biochemical and immunological indexes at the oral liquid. Structure of general immunological activity at the children with chronic catarrhal gingivitis has been shown. Experimental part of research demonstrates deep morphology desorders and biochemical indexes state for gums, which appeared on a background of the chronic gastritis and duodenitis. Application of the complex, consists from nitrogen oxide donator, antioxidant restored structure of gums and increased natural square of the microcirculatory bed. High efficiency of medical complex, consists from nitrogen oxide donator, antioxidant and immunomodulator, which provides cellular composition of gums regeneration, biochemical and immunological indexes at the oral liquid, normalization general immunity for children with chronic catarrhal gingivitis on the background of chronic gastritis and duodenitis was proved.
