Vasylkivskyi D. Formation and implementation of the enterprise mechanism for the economic potential increase.

The paper focuses on the theoretical and methodological foundations of the mechanism formation for the enterprise' economic potential increase, which is a multilevel system of interconnected components that provide systematic qualitative, irreversible transformation of human, industrial, technical and financial capacity of the enterprise to ensure its long-term competitiveness. Author has improved scientific and methodological approaches to the analysis and forecasting of external and internal environment of the enterprise, using methods of competitive positions analysis, and evaluation of the negativity functional relevance. The paper presents the structure of the increased economic potential system, based on the matrix type and adapted to internal and external conditions for the development of the economic potential with the possibility of opening the creative potential of employees. Author has developed scientific and methodological approach to the formation of economic potential strategy on the basis of information technologies using fuzzy modeling method. The paper outlines the use of available capacity, organizational and administrative decisions in modernizing business management processes to enhance their competitiveness.
