The thesis deals with complex issues of correlation of national and international labor law. The legal nature of national labor law is defined, general legal trends and national differences historical genesis of labor law are studied, the principles and functions of national labor law are highlighted, sources of national labor law are characterized. The essence and content of international labor law are found out, theoretical and legal analysis of the dynamics and factors is made, which have influenced on formation of the international labor law, the system of principles of international labor law is examined, the classification of international legal acts in the workplace is given, the current state of regulation of labor relations in the European Union is analyzed. Peculiarities of correlation of national and international labor law are highlighted, the comparative characteristics of national and international labor law is made, the problems and gaps in national and international labor law are outlined, the positive international experience to address the relationship between national and international labor law is studied.
