Shablystyi V. Theoretical and Applied Principles of Criminal and Legal Guaranteeing of Safety of a Human Being in Ukraine

The issue of the nature and content of human safety as a comprehensive concept that is a prerequisite for the realization of human rights and freedoms and the guarantee for accomplishing duties has been considered in the thesis. Based on the analysis of criminal law the author defines the directions of the state policy in the field of study, as well as generally recognized international principles of guaranteeing human safety.On the basis of summarizing domestic and international experience of rulemaking and legal enforcement the author has put forward and grounded a number of important propositions, able positively affect the efficiency of realizing national legislation in the field of guaranteeing human safety.
