Sokurenko V. Public Administration of the Defense Sphere in Ukraine.

The author of the thesis has accomplished a comprehensive and systematic study of public administration of the defense sphere in Ukraine. Legislative principles for public administration of the defense sphere in Ukraine and features of regulation of subordinate acts on public administration of the sphere of defense in Ukraine have been revealed. The essence of administrative and legal status of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Land Forces of Ukraine, the Air Forces of Ukraine, the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formations, military units, military educational institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been determined. The specificity of personnel, financial, information and analytical provision of the defense sector of Ukraine has been clarified.
