The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the formation and functioning of mechanisms to manage economic potential of the pig industry aimed at improving the efficiency of their business. The conceptual model of the mechanism of management of economic potential in the pig organizations on the basis of decentralized management through the implementation of project activities and their organizational solutions aimed at creating centers of responsibility. The organizational-economic mechanism of management efficiency of enterprises based pig rationalize the use of productive resources through the creation of integrated associations. The mechanism for the formation of competitive strategy pig organizations, depending on the positioning of the organization within the industry with a focus on competitive advantages in getting a particular type.
