In the thesis defined social responsibility as an important category and component of the activities of agricultural subjects, the factors, principles and forms developed mechanisms and instruments of dissemination and development management. Developed methodological principles, including indicators, criteria, indicators, social responsibility, methods and models for its implementation, tools, planning and forecasting. Performed evaluation and analysis of efficiency of agricultural and processing enterprises as subjects of social responsibility. The influence of social responsibility on employment of workers, environmental factors in the activities and organic production, business reputation, problems and trends of its distribution. Mechanisms, tools and means to enhance social responsibility, the expedience of using the innovation during its implementation and management of identified reserves of financial and investment support. The conceptual basis of improvement of social responsibility of subjects of agro sphere based on state support and the use of institutional controls, the leading role of state-private partnership in this process, the proposed form of participation of the agricultural and processing enterprises in the implementation of vital and priority programs and projects of civil society development.
