Essay

Object of research: process development and operation of state regulation of economic interests, as well as their formation and implementation in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Objective: To develop theoretical and methodological and practical bases of state regulation of the economic interests of the agricultural sector allowing for the transitiveness organizational and economic changes in the production, exchange and consumption of products as well as trends in enterprise development and socio-demographic processes in the country. Methods: historical and logical, dialectical, logistics, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, monographic, abstract and logical, statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time revealed substantial institutional characteristics of scientific concepts identification of economic interests; defined organizational and economic principles and mechanism design model proposed development, implementation and state regulation of the economic interests of the agricultural sector entities in terms of legal forms and their productivity, efficiency, profitability; identified by periodization economic interests of their implementation in practice in the historical context of the development of agriculture Ukraine (Soviet, hybrid, market, global); described components forming economic interests (private property, freedom of choice and entrepreneurship, motivation work, competition, pricing mechanism); the scientifically-grounded proposals for establishment of effective organizational-economic mechanism of implementation and regulation of economic interests, strategic imperatives of their harmonization proposed methodological principles of state regulation improvement and evaluation of its effectiveness.
