Essay

The work presents the results of an experimental study of transformations of s, p-d and d-d exchange interactions due to decreasing of dimension of system from bulk crystal to nanostructures based on AIIBVI and PbI2 wide band gap semiconductors with magnetic impurities. The optimal thermodynamic conditions for obtaining nanostructures by physical and chemical methods has been determined. For the first time technique of pulsed laser ablation in liquids obtaining of Cd1-хMnхTe and Zn1-xMexO (Me:Mn,Co) nanoparticles was proposed.
