In the dissertation implement complex research of hermeneutics of the criminal law of Ukraine, as a result conception "hermeneutics of the criminal law of Ukraine" as particular-scientific method of understanding the text in the branch of criminal law was explained, which includes such components, as rule-making technique in the branch of criminal law, text of the criminal law of Ukraine, as a subject of hermeneutics, its substantial equivalence, understanding and interpretation of the normative content of the criminal law of Ukraine and expertology of the text.
