Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical-methodological base and development of practical recommendations for a complex mechanism of enterprise management of fishing industry. Researched and developed the theoretical aspects of enterprise management in the context of building a complex enterprise management mechanism. Justified methodological approach to formation a complex mechanism of enterprise management. Presented the ecosystem approach to the enterprise management from the standpoint of ecological safety of fishery processes, was researched the potential of econometric methods in enterprise management. Development of the state policy of fisheries management was analyzed. The factors that led to the crisis tendencies in the development of the industry were systemized.
