The thesis presents the results of theoretical substantiation and practical solution actual problem to increase efficacy of diagnostics and treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility by exploring new immunopathogenetic aspects of the disease. A comprehensive study of 172 women with endometriosis associated within fertility and 30 women within fertility of tubal genesis (the control group) has been conducted with the use of clinical, endoscopic, instrumental, histological, immune his to chemical, immunologic, molecular-genetic methods.
