Gerasymchuk N. Organizational and economic basics of formation of resource-saving mechanism for the development of agroindustrial complex

The thesis is dedicated to the development and justification of the theoretical and conceptual grounds and methodological toolkit for establishing of the resource-saving mechanism for agroindustrial complex development under the set priorities of national economy development and the preconditions for establishing favorable entrepreneurial climate in the agrarian sector of national economy. Gnoseological and ontological essence of the category "agro-industry resource-saving" is studied; the new research task is outlined - formation of the agro-industry of the resource-saving mode; theoretical approaches to the process of entrepreneurial environment formation are offered as the element of resource-saving mechanism in agroindustrial production; conceptual grounds are elaborated as a basis for regulation of integrated resource-saving structures development within the national agriculture. Key trends and development factors are outlined for the process of economic regulation of agriculture intensification, the structure and the dynamics of resource provision indicators in agriculture; the author also outline the contradictions, directions and factors in increasing the efficiency of agriculture functioning within the larger agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. Conceptual grounds are formulated for the integration system mechanisms for agro-industry development; logit-model is offered concerning the resource efficiency of agriculture in the situation of limited investment resources; also presented comprehensive long-term development programs on agricultural resource-saving. Economic mechanism is offered for resource-saving stimulation in the processing subsectors of agro-industry; models for multicriterial grounding are developed for grounding the directions of resource-saving intensification in agriculture along with the system for evaluation of production efficiency and resource-saving level in agroindustrial complex; priority directions in agricultural resource-saving are defined as institutional levers in agriculture's development regulation.
