The thesis is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations, developing of scientific and practical recommendations for the of innovative development management of agricultural sector of the national economy. The evolution of management theory of innovative development of agricultural sector of the national economy is examined. The classification of innovations, depending on the internal and external interactions specifics of agro-industrial system is considered. Methodological bases of innovative development management research in agricultural sector are determined. The features of agricultural sector formation during the transition to innovative type of development are estimated. The methodological approaches to forming a model of innovative development management of agricultural sector of the national economy are substantiated. It is defined the place of agricultural sector in the national economy of Ukraine. It is made the analysis of the main components use of resource potential. The factors that negatively affect on innovative development of the agricultural sector are investigated. The conceptual bases of prediction and indicative planning of management system of innovative development of the agrarian sector are proposed. The directions of economic regulation of innovative development of the agricultural sector are made. The organizational approach to information and analytical subsystem formation of innovative development management of agrarian sector is formulated and scientifically substantiated. The tools of financial regulation of agricultural sector of the national economy development are improved.
