The investigated indicators of quality of life in children aged 7-17 years with neurological disorders intermittent nature (children with epilepsy, headache and autonomic dysfunction) in comparison with healthy children with the help of questionnaires children and their parents. Found that the overall quality of life of children of the main group on average had 73,4±0,7 % (in control group – 78,7±0,7 %). Parents assessed the child's quality of life mainly worse than the children themselves did, both in General and in separate directions. The reduction of the General indicator of quality of life is most significant in patients of epilepsy patients. The interrelation between physiological components of quality of life (such as sleep and food) and health outcomes. Established correlations between measures of the quality of food and overall quality of life. A selective pharmacological treatment depending on the identified deviations on different dimensions of quality of life and disease - neuroprotective action of drugs, combined analgesics, antioxidants, and children with epilepsy, with a dominant mental component, health and social measures was proposed and tested . The correction respectively in direction of the violations helps is improve the functioning of the child and raising the General index of life quality and a sustainable direction for clinical application.
