The thesis is devoted to review and analyze administrative, legal and organizational aspects of scientific activity in Ukraine. The specificity of scientific and technological activities in Ukraine is determined. The historical background and genesis of scientific activity in Ukraine, teleological and legal principles of state policy in the sphere of scientific activity, the current state and problems of organizational support, administrative and legal regulation of scientific activity in Ukraine are characterized. National characteristics of the organization of scientific activities, the main subjects of scientific activity, the notion content and meaning of administrative procedures in the field of science are revealed.
