The Object is the professional training of future educators of preschool educational institutions.The goal - to scientifically substantiate and test the conceptual theoretical and methodical bases, model and the experimental technique of formation ofprofessional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions. There are theoretical, empirical and statistical Methods. The novelty - for the first time identified and substantiated theoretical and methodological concepts of of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions. The pedagogical conditions of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions was identified and substantiated. The model of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions was developed and substantiated. Theory and methods of training of future educatorsof preschool education in high school was further developed. Results -the experimental technique of formation of professional and creative potential of future educators of preschool educational institutions was developed and tested. The effectiveness of implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
