Essay

The process of braking and working processes in continuously variable hydrostatic mechanical transmissions (HSMT) wheeled tractors. Scientific substantiation of new technical solutions braking process wheeled tractors HSMT by a systematic approach to determining the basic laws of workflows in a continuously variable transmission, as well as establishing a rational way to implement the braking process and laws change hydrostatic transmission control parameters (HST). Method comparisons and analogies to structural analysis HSMT wheeled tractors; Runge-Kutta method to solve differential equations and their systems; methods of field tests in the course of experimental studies; statistical method to determine the error when comparing the results of theoretical and experimental studies; morphological analysis method for the synthesis and analysis of the ways to implement the braking process wheeled tractors. The value of the thesis of the theory is to establish and organize the distribution of basic laws of kinematics, power and energy parameters in HSMT different structures, establishing relationships between the ways of realization of the braking process, the nature of changes in regulation of hydraulic parameters of the HST with kinematic, force and energy parameters HSMT; practical value for the tractor is the development of new technical solutions braking process wheeled tractors HSMT that enhance the technical level of created new transmission. For the first time identified and systematized the basic laws of cinematic distribution, power and energy parameters in HSMT different structures; first identified the relationship between the ways of realization of the braking process, the laws change regulation of hydraulic parameters of the HST with kinematic, force and energy parameters HSMT; first defined and theoretically justified in terms of the dynamics of the braking process, the optimal location in the clutch HSMT; first it established that in case of emergency braking the tractor kinematic disconnecting the engine from the drive wheels, change the values of the HST control parameters should happen automatically and in accordance with a change in the actual speed of the tractor; further developed the approach to the definition of a rational structure and design parameters HSMT.
