The thesis is developed to the scientifically substantiated concept of future teachers of primary school training to the profession in conditions of the inclusive education, which covers the three interrelated concepts: methodological, theoretical and methodical. The word's tendencies of the inclusive education development and the scientific basis for its implementation in Ukraine are considered. It's distinguished the term "students with special educational needs" refers to all children, whose personal development goes beyond the generally accepted norms and can be accelerated, delayed, detained, somewhat or significantly impaired. Categories of primary school children who are involved in inclusive education are distinguished, they are: gifted children; children with disabilities; children with minimal mental disorders and partial development; educationally and socially neglected children. Unified educational needs of these children are determined: personal needs - in learning, communication, work and activity, estimation, to support, in self-expression; collective needs - in games; in collaboration and cooperation; in friendship; public - to ensure the fundamental right of children to education, the right to study at home, their integration in society and building a humane society. The essence of the term "teacher training future teachers to work in inclusive education" is proved and methodological approaches to primary school teachers training to the profession in conditions of inclusive education are pointed out: system, axiological, subjective, competence and acmeological context. The readiness of the future teachers of primary school to the profession in conditions of inclusive education as interpreted as a complex multidimensional, multi-personal formation, ensuring the successful implementation of teacher extended range of functions to improve the content and organization of various forms of inclusive education and active use of specific methods and techniques of effective training, education and correction of primary school children with special educational needs and without conditions in the inclusive education of elementary school. The readiness of the future teachers of primary school to the profession in conditions of inclusive education is represented in a triune form: the presence of a vocation to the chosen profession (missionary component) and a high level of ability to perform the functions of professional activity (competency component), possession of powerful resource self during training and in real inclusive and educational activities (self-regulation component). The model of teacher training system of future primary school teacher for professional work in the conditions of inclusive education are designed. It covers four main components: a target (social order, purpose, objectives), conceptual (methodological, theoretical and methodological concepts), organizational (motivational value, theoretical and Practical and simulation-reflective stages) and the content and Procedure (pedagogical conditions and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational process, appropriate diagnostic tools) and methods of implementation. Pedagogical conditions of gradual improvement of the readiness of future teachers of primary school to the profession in conditions of inclusion defined orientation program content and teaching methods of disciplines "Philosophy", "History of Education", "History of Ukrainian Culture", "Didactic", "Theory and Methods of Education" on the mastering of values inclusive education; improvement of content, forms, methods and tools on mastering the students legal, psychological, educational and correctional theoretical, practical and scientific foundations of inclusive education in the study subjects "Psychology total age", "Politics", "Pedagogical skills", "Fundamentals of medical knowledge", "Fundamentals of defectology", "Fundamentals of correctional pedagogy", "Fundamentals of inclusive education" and teaching remedial and developmental technologies in the classroom teaching methods of professional subjects of primary school; deepening professional knowledge and practical skills of students in the study of selective subjects "Inclusive education primary school", "Psychology of creativity" on the basis of simulation modeling reflection and experience of teaching primary school teacher in conditions of inclusive education with appropriate programs' of pedagogical practice content update. On the basis of the overall process theoretical and practical training of future teachers of elementary school to the professional activities on the basis inclusive and correctional components of its content is methodically provided.
