Historical preconditions and objective conditionality of forming the system of labor law in Ukraine have been revealed in the thesis. The essence and elements of the structure of labor law have been disclosed. Characteristics of the system of sources of labor law of Ukraine and its structure have been offered. The features of regulations as structural elements of the system of sources of labor law in Ukraine have been revealed. The concept and features of subordinate regulatory acts on labor within the system of sources of labor law in Ukraine have been characterized. The role of social and partnership, local regulatory acts in the system of sources of labor law in Ukraine has been determined. The problems of correlation between labor law system and the system of labor legislation of Ukraine have been found out. Measures to improve the efficiency of labor legislation of Ukraine have been processed.
