Essay

The state of clinical, immunogenetic and biochemical parameters in HIV-infected persons with chronic hepatitis C. In HIV-infected persons with chronic hepatitis C system T cell immune functions in crisis mode decompensation. Established significantly higher values of mineral, lipid, carbohydrate and purine metabolism types in HIV-positive people with chronic hepatitis C compared with patients with chronic hepatitis C and HIV-infected persons. The system of monitoring of metabolic disorders in HIV-positive people with chronic hepatitis C based on the definition of polymorphism Asp299Gly gene TLR-4, the presence of which indicates a high risk of metabolic disturbances and requires further investigation, namely the definition of an index of insulin resistance, insulin levels, C-reactive protein, zinc and triglyceride levels that allow for timely diagnosis and correction of metabolic disorders. The high efficiency of the drug containing phosphatidylcholine and hlitsyryzynovu acid, for correction of metabolic disorders in HIV-positive people with chronic hepatitis C, which promotes accurate positive dynamics of clinical symptoms, indicators cytokine, mineral, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism types.
