Essay

The object - the training of qualified workers in the maritime рrofile on the production. Subject - theoretical and methodological bases of vocational training of skilled workers maritime profile on the production. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that: first: justified the concept of vocational training in the production of maritime profile of employees, aimed at creating favorable organizational, pedagogical, methodical and human conditions for the training of skilled workers in the production of maritime profile; model of vocational training of skilled workers in the production of maritime profile, taking into account the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001-2008, the international convention and the Code Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers; improved: methodical bases of training of skilled workers in the production of maritime profile; criteria for evaluating the levels of development of professional competence of the maritime profile of workers; has been further developed: conceptual-categorical apparatus on the problem of the research; further development is to specify the content of the basic concepts and categories of training workers marine profile in the production based on the latest achievements of science teaching, experience of the operation of ships, international requirements for training of seafarers, analyzing and summarizing the causes of accidents: "skilled worker maritime profile, "real-virtual training complex", "professional competence profile marine workers", "pedagogical environment training of skilled workers in the production of maritime profile".
