Khodakivska O. Organizational and economic regulation ecologization of agricultural production

Theoretical, methodological bases and practical proposals of organizational and economic regulation ecologization of agricultural production are studied. Its socio-economic preconditions are explained. The economic essence and categorical apparatus are defined. Genesis of views on the ecologic sustainable agricultural development is systematized. Necessity of drafting the basic doctrines of agricultural production with domination the environmental criterion is proved. Targets are to shift from quantitative to qualitative changes that will ensure the problem of coordination of economic interests of businesses with socio-environmental needs of man and society. In modern conditions it should be through a combination of incentives of market self-regulation environmentally weighted directed state regulatory policy, which is embodied in the relevant institutional model of organizational and economic regulation. Strategic directions of organizational and economic regulation of ecologization of the agricultural production in the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU are developed. Toolkit economic incentives for ecologization of agricultural land use are proposed. This will create an effective mechanism for ecologization of agriculture, to eliminate existing contradictions between environmental, economic and social objectives for development.
