Research object is the management alyansovyh development of relations in the field of auxiliary office in the modern transformation of the economy. The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological and applied bases of formation and development alyansovyh relationships in the office of auxiliary activities under transformation economy. A scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of the potential synergy of interaction between members of the alliance partners in supporting office activities. Scientific and methodical approach and tools of information-analytical ensure the effective functioning of the alliance in the auxiliary office activities was been improved. Scientific and methodical approach to calculating transfer prices between members of the alliance partners in supporting office activities was been improved. Scientific research results used in public institutions and enterprises in the sphere of communication and informatization LLC "Lekol" Odessa branch of JSC "Ukrtelecom" Lugansk branch of JSC "Ukrtelecom", JSC "MTS Ukraine".
