Essay

The thesis is an independent, completed scientific study on the theoretical and practical issues of labor law fundamental principles. The principles consider under the system approach, the hermeneutic and axiological origins of this legal phenomenon also have been set. Its essential features as one of the criteria for the selection of labor law as an independent field in the national legal system have been clarified. Additionally, the thesis analyzed the scientific and legislative trends in this field, both in Ukraine and in foreign countries, also the innovative ways to ensure the appropriate legal reforms in this field in new and state- and lawmaking conditions have been grounded. The labor law principles interpreted as generally stable fundamental guiding principles that objectively caused by socio-labor relations, that enshrined in relevant sources or expressed in legal practice. They are the starting ideas constituting an axiological basis of labor law, describing the content, nature and purpose of labor law field, reflecting the general rules of its origin, development and functioning and also they are serve to create the internally coherent and effective law system in the labor field.
