Object of research are management processes and resource-saving activities of processing enterprises in post-conflict situations to adapt to European requirements. The aim of paper is to study the theoretical and methodological foundations of management and resource-saving process of processing enterprises and the introduction of practical recommendations for effective use of resources in the post-conflict period in terms of adapting to European requirements. Author has used the abstract logic and system analysis, monographic and historical methods, analysis, synthesis, systematic approach, economic, statistical and comparative methods, graphical and tabular methods, settlement, forecasting methods, the method of expert assessments, method of clustering, factor analysis and modeling, time series, comparison of average and relative values, the index method. Theoretical importance is the formation: of mechanism of resource saving-activities management and organization of processing enterprises in post-conflict situations, in the context of which was proposed model of resource-saving organizational and economic mechanism in conditions of different-origin processing enterprises for optimizing the use of resources and to be the basis for implementation of innovative, resource-saving technologies in the system of processing enterprises; methodological approaches and method for determining the losses from inefficient use of resources, which are based, in contrast to conventional, on measures to prevent destructive events in the life of processing enterprises and prevent further development of the production crisis and their degradation; mechanism for monitoring and analyzing the resources use of processing enterprises, which, unlike existing, supplemented in order to improve the process performance by capacity resources indicators and coefficient of resource potential efficiency; conceptual approaches to insurance the processing enterprises from losses and the impact of natural and technogenic origin, which, unlike the existing ones, take into account national and international experience, the interests of investors when investing in projects with proof of proper insurance coverage. Scientific novelty is to solve theoretical and applied problems of formation the management system and organization of resource-saving activities in terms of processing enterprises. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of management and resource-saving activities of processing enterprises. The practical significance of the results is the extensive capabilities to use the recommendation in the management and organization of resource-saving process of processing enterprises and increasing the efficiency of production processing. Practical implementation of the suggestions creates the conditions for the development of resource-saving process of processing enterprises and improvement of the socio-economic and environmental efficiency of decisions related to the sustainable development of the national economy. The sphere of the use of author recommendations are enterprises of processing industry, public institutions, universities, governments.
