Thesis is devoted to the complex research of legal-theoretical and praxeological principles of rendering administrative services in Ukraine. The features of formation of organizational and legal foundations of modern institution of administrative services in Ukraine are analyzed, the specificity of the development of the system and the problems of the improvement of legal regulation of the relations in the sphere of rendering administrative services is determined. It is noted that the formation and evolution of the institution of administrative services have got many shortcomings, both objective and subjective.
