Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of ways to increase efficiency of milking machines and technological process of machine milking by means of development and introduction of mechanical and technological fundamentals of adaptive operation of milking machine systems. The author analyzes pneumatic and low-vacuum systems, operation characteristics and peculiarities of structural and technological variations as well as systemizes milking machine systems. The work considers milking process and presents developed organizational and technological fundamentals to increase technological efficiency of milking machines. Analytical relations of the friction resistance coefficient and averaged air velocity, kinematic and energy characteristics of vacuum system and vacuum pumps with static and rotating stators, vacuum oscillations and operation of pressure-sensitive switches are developed in the research. The work gives results of the experiment on correlation dependences of characteristics of milking machine systems. The thesis supplies hardware and software of efficient operation of milking machine systems and proposes application sphere of the scientific research results. Implementation of the research results secures 1,5 times increase of productivity of the "machine-human-animal" system, decrease of energy consumption to 25 % and adaptation of technical system to the biological component of cow milking process. Annual economic effect makes 1223 UAH per a cow (in prices on June 30, 2015).
