In the thesis the solution of important economic problem is proposed - the development of theoretical- methodological and applied principles of creation of the effective management system in the food industry corporations . With the aim of the effectiveness of corporate governance improving a methodology of integral estimation of the Corporation management effectiveness is developed. In this thesis the theoretical and methodological approach to the definition of the generalized factors rating of capital financial cost is also developed. The author's definition of "corporate governance" concept is suggested and classification criteria of the corporate relations forms is completed by such a component as the direction of participants' integration.
