Bodnarchuk О. Administrative and legal principles of combating corruption in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine

The dissertation is a monographic study in which conducted a systematic study of the administrative and legal framework combating corruption in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine based on the methodology of systematic approach and evaluation of collected theoretical and practical sources of combating corruption in bodies and institutions, detention centers, which are under DPtS management. The paper defines the content of the administrative and legal framework against corruption in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine at the present stage of development of anti-corruption legislation, formulated the basic category. Conceptual approach to building the administrative and legal framework combating corruption in the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine, which includes provisions on the content of the administrative and legal framework combating corruption in the Backgrounder, means and measures for their implementation.
