Object: strategic planning process of socio-economic development mezosystem. Purpose: To develop theoretical positions, methodological principles and practical recommendations for the creation of a uniform system of strategic planning at the meso level in the context of the development, monitoring and evaluation strategies of socioeconomic development mezosystem the assistance of intermediary institutions.
