Object: The object of the research is the process of formation and use of mechanisms of integration interaction of enterprises considering the conditions of the business environment. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological, methodical and applied principles of the process. Purpose of research - to develop conceptual, methodological and applied principles of formation and use of integration mechanisms, taking into consideration the changes in market conditions of the business environment. The systematic method, generalization, logical and abstract graphic method, analysis and synthesis, modeling and forecasting, system-evolutionary and institutional approaches, functional analysis, comparative analysis, semantic analysis, statistical and morphological analysis are used during research work. The theoretical value of the results contains the resolved scientific problem related to the creation and use of integration mechanisms in a fast-paced business environment; reasonable scientific basis for regulating business activities, based on the development of organizational and institutional mechanisms for improvement of regulatory policy of integration interaction of companies that provide financial support for industrial development projects on the basis of joint participation of enterprises and public authorities in their implementation. The practical significance of work is to use great possibilities of research results in improving business activity of industrial enterprises. Scientific novelty is conceptual solving of scientific and applied problems of formation and use of mechanisms of integration interaction of enterprises considering the situation of the business environment. The conclusions and results of scientific research according to the improvement of the entrepreneur business activity on the basis of organizational and institutional mechanisms of interaction in the integration of business through the dissemination of public-private partnerships and regional cooperation are reflected in scientific research, targeted programs and legislative regulations.
