Buchik S. Methodology of construction and security of the Ukrainian segment of the tree of identifiers of the state information resources

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of creation of methodology of construction and security of the Ukrainian segment of the tree of identifiers of the state information resources (SIR). The methodology of construction of a classifier of threats to SIR on the basis of the method of "double three of security", that allowed to create a capable classifier of threats to SIR and to introduce the concept of functional profile of threats to SIR is first built. The models and principles of information security of SIR basic of which are a conceptual model of information security of SIR; structural chart of security of SIR; chart of the formalized description of the system of security of SIR; typical system of security of information; general model of forming of the system of security of SIR, that realizes the structurally-logic chart of realization of the system of security of SIR with the method of "double three of protection" are created. The methods and models of realization of control system of information security of SIR are created. The structurally-logic model of organization of hierarchical branch of codes of knots of the Ukrainian segment of international tree of object identifier is created. The technology of construction and security of the tree of identifiers of SIR on the basis of risk management that allowed to structure the processes of security of SIR through the structurally-logic chart of realization of the system of security of SIR with the method of "double three of security " is created.
