Podlubny V. Clinically-psychopathological features of formation of non-psychotic mental disorders among industrial workers (biopsychosocial approach)

The thesis on ground of system analysis biopsychosocial factors, taking into account the biological, psychological and social components of quality of life and social functioning biopsychosocial concept developed synergetic formation of non-psychotic mental disorders in workers in industry. Revealed structural and dynamic features biopsychosociogenesis of industrial workers, a study of stratification dynamic stages of forming non-psychotic mental disorders using synergistic biopsychosocial approach to the analysis of the main vectors biopsychosocial model of development: biogenesis (development of systems and functions) psychogenesis (development of mental functions) and sociogenesis (development of social roles and rela-tionships) in industrial workers. Conducted integrative assessment of mental health workers, considering the identified objective and subjective criteria of non-psychotic mental disorders, clinical and biological, individual psychological, vocational, social and psychological aspects and dedicated group of individuals on the degree of mental adaptation / maladaptation. Principles and built employee assistance program industry, which includes three com-ponents: medical, psychological and social. A modular system of differentiated psycho pro-phylactic and psychosocial rehabilitation and monitoring for industrial workers in the non-psychotic mental disorders.
