Object of research - technological bases of liquid phase synthesis of oxide ceramic powders, the process of chemical modification. The purpose of work is in the development of physical and chemical bases of technology nanopowder oxide ceramic powders technical appointment and creating a systematic approach to the selection method of chemical modification to improve the operational properties of products based on them. For the first time developed a systematic approach to established the mechanism of modifying oxide powders and proposed algorithm choice modifying agent depending on the type, on the degree of crystallinity and destination powders.
