New analytical method of the mechanical system calculation with continuous variable parameters was developed in this thesis. The method is based on the exact solutions of the corresponding differential equations with variable coefficients. The problems of kernels' stability on different boundary conditions were researched, when the stiffness is a continuous variable function. The solutions for free and forced longitudinal and transverse vibrations of kernels with an arbitrary continuous variable stiffness and arbitrary continuously distributed mass are worked out. Free oscillations of the slabs lying on alternating elastic base which is sized with Winkler's type, are investigated.
