The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems of administrative and legal coverage on weapons circulation and usage in Ukraine. There made a disclosure on the content and nature of administrative and legal coverage of circulation and usage of weapons in Ukraine, which is characterized by administrative principles and tools of the relationship between them to ensure the rights, liberties and legitimate interests in this area.
