Kuzmak O. Formation and Directions of Development of Public Utilities which Provide Services to Industrial Enterprises

The target of the research is the formation of directions of providing services to industrial enterprises by public utilities under the conditions of reforms focused on the European integration. The objective of this research is to provide scientific support to the theoretical, conceptual, methodological and applied principles of providing services to industrial enterprises by the sphere of services under the conditions of European integration processes of the national economy. The author of this research successfully applied methods of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, historical method and generalization method, dialectical method, methods of systemic and structural analysis, classification method, empirical methods, calculation and construction methods, graphical methods as well as the elements of abstract and logical method. Theoretical meaning of this research is based on the following: scientific support of directions of providing services to industrial enterprises; the development of a comprehensive theoretical and pragmatic approach to the formation of the concept of innovative development of enterprises in the context of providing services; the formation of theoretical and conceptual basis of organisational and economic mechanism of providing services to industrial enterprises in the context of implementation of the European integration strategy; the improvement of the conceptual framework of the research which is focused on the provision of services to industrial enterprises; the improvement of scientific and methodological approaches to the classification of service-providing enterprises by the branch of economy and the type of provided services; theoretical and methodological foundations of public and private partnerships for financing of the process of providing services to industrial enterprises; the development of an approach to the evaluation of the quality of services provided by public utilities to industrial enterprises; the improvement of a management model of legal entities in the context of providing services to industrial enterprises; the development and deepening of scientific and theoretical foundations of marketing process and provision of services in the context of the implementation of the policy focused on the socio-economic development of enterprises in the territorial context; the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the improvement of the forecasting process and the strategy for the development of relations between the industrial enterprises and the sphere of services. The novelty of this research lies in the development and substantiation of conceptual foundations, theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations focused on the formation of providing services to industrial enterprises by public utilities under the conditions of economic reforms. The subject matter of research is in the theoretical and methodological, institutional, organisational and applied foundations of the development of relations between the industrial enterprises and public utilities. The author’s recommendations can be applied in the industrial enterprises located in different regions of Ukraine, higher educational institutions and government authorities.
