The dissertation is monographic studies which conducted a systematic study and analysis of administrative and legal framework of reforming the judicature, the judiciary and related legal institutions in Ukraine on the basis of a systematic approach and evaluation of sources of accumulation of theoretical and practice in order to implement appropriate strategies for reform the judiciary, the judiciary and related legal institutions to 2015-2020 years. The paper analyzed and evaluated the results of previous reforms, the circumstances that caused them and the political and legal foundations of improvement of justice at various stages of formation and development of Ukraine.
