Burlutska S. Strategy Formation for Achieving Sustainable Development Resilience of the National Economy

The object of the research is theoretical and methodological bases, methodical and practical aspects of resiliency strategy for the sustainable development of the national economy in modern conditions. The aim is the developing of theoretical and methodological provisions, methodological foundations and scientific recommendations of strategy formation providing elasticity sustainable development of national economy. The methods of approach system; monographic and historic; dialectical method and synthesis; abstract and logical; structural and functional; analysis, synthesis and deduction; statistical and economic method; systematic and comparative analysis; conceptualization and structural modelling; decomposition; structural synthesis; economic-mathematical, scenario and trend modelling; correlation and regression and cluster analysis have been applied in this research. The scientific innovation is a substantiation of theoretical and methodological development policies and methodological approaches to forming a strategy to ensure elasticity sustainable development of national economy. For the first time, the necessity of applying the concept of socio-economic resiliency of the national economy; empirically verified approach to defining the specific parameters of the socio-economic flax elasticity national housekeeper; the concept of resiliency strategy for the sustainable development of the national economy have been justified in this research. The methods of application for determining the details of the technocentric and ecocentric approaches to sustainable development; evaluation system drivers endogenous formation of national model of socio-economic development; the structure of the mechanism for implementing sustainable development strategies; scientific and methodological position to determine the elastic parameters of sustainable development; methodological support of monitoring and forecasting of indicators of sustainable development; system of indicators to measure the parameters of regional subsystems aftershock national economy have been improved.
