Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of diagnosis and treatment of community acquired pneumonia (CAP) on the background widespread chronic diseases of internal organs (CDIO). On the basis of retrospective analysis of 1587 patients with CAP, comprehensiveexamination of 438 CAP patients with CDIOб pharmacoepidemiologic, pharmacoeconomic reseach prevalence of CDIO, their influence on the clinical symptoms of CAP, its outcomes, effectiveness and adherence to national guidelines of treatment, compatibility od drugs for CAP and CDIO was defined. It was estimated rational use of funds, offered a software application for the optimal choice of drugs for CAP treatment on the background CDIO.
